Tim s flagship wine, the fruit sourced from four old vineyards with an average age of 50-years, two in the Barossa Valley and two in Eden Valley.

The fruit was picked early to preserve natural acidity and varietal character and then aged in 100% French oak puncheons.

This great wine with rich primary fruit characters will age well but is during spectacularly now.
